Reports - User Reports

Reports can be customised using the Report Generator (for more information, refer to "Reports - Report Generator"). Specific reports can then be assigned to one or many users (for information on how to do this, refer to "Options - Security").

Select this option to display any reports specifically assigned to you.

1. Select REPORTS | USER REPORTS.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of reports assigned to you.

2. Select the report you want to run then select Ok.

Depending on the report selected, Micronet may display a User Defined Questions screen.

3. Enter or select the values for the report then select Ok.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

4. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the report.
